East Jakarta Government has received 70 public complaints from 10 sub-districts, which are holding complaint service every Saturday that has beeb ongoing two weeks ago.

Out of 70 complaints, some are in process. 5 out of them have been sent to provincial level to be processed

"Out of 70 complaints, some are in process. 5 out of them have been sent to provincial level to be processed," said Bambang Musyawardana, Mayor of East Jakarta, Wednesday (12/6).

He mentioned, 65 complaints processed are related to administration and infrastructure construction. While those 5 compalints sent to provincial level are related to Ciliwung River normalization and land acquisition for road repair.

"Its authority lies in provincial level, as it is related to land procurement and Ciliwung River," he added.
