East Jakarta Government has received 70 public complaints from 10 sub-districts, which are holding complaint service every Saturday that has beeb ongoing two weeks ago.
Out of 70 complaints, some are in process. 5 out of them have been sent to provincial level to be processed

He mentioned, 65 complaints processed are related to administration and infrastructure construction. While those 5 compalints sent to provincial level are related to Ciliwung River normalization and land acquisition for road repair.
