East Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Sub-dept. examined food products in five supermarkets in East Jakarta.
We have not found any food contained of hazardous substance
The result was no one from 285 total food samples from fishery, livestock, and agricultural products contained hazardous substances.
East Jakarta KPKP Sub-dept.'s Food Tenacity Section Head, Kanti Asri Utami mentioned, from total 285 food samples, 167 of it was taken from agricultural products, 34 from livestock, and 84 from fishery.
No Hazardous Materials at Five Markets in Duren Sawit"We have not found any food contained hazardous substance, both processed and raw food, from five supermarkets," she conveyed, Monday (12/11).
Those five supermarkets are located in Cijantung, Cakung, Ciracas, and Pondok Bambu.
She affirmed that her side will hold food examination ahead of Christmas and New Year.
"We will keep monitoring distributed food in East Jakarta to make sure it is safe for consumption," she stated.
