Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Dept. prepares 103 mobile pumps in this rainy season. Those pumps will be placed in locations that are prone to flood.
We asked each regions to map areas prone to flood thus mobile pump can be placed on demand
Jakarta SDA Dept.'s West Flow System on River and Beach Division Head, Hendri said mobile pump is prepared to discharge water thus inundation is receding.
"But not all prone to flood area can be placed with mobile pump due to capability of each area to retain discharged water," he explained, Wednesday (12/13).
