Pulogadung Motor Vehicle Testing Management Unit (UPPKB), East Jakarta, has collected Rp 11.3 billion from vehicle KIR test retribution revenue in 2017.

His side couldn't achieve retribution target on last year due to vehicle testing diversion to West Jakarta's Kedaung Angke UPPKB for pickup and box cars from last November.

"We have tested 148,149 units of vehicle within 2017. From that amount, 25,482 units failed the test," he stated.
