Park Facilities in West Jakarta Arranged Independently

West Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. starts to arrange parks on some roads and at some public facilities independently. It is aimed to create a city so green and beautiful.

We do park arrangement without using APBD

West Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. Head, Aris Firmansyah said, park arrangement is focused on Jalan Raya Kembangan, Rawa Buaya Terminal and mosque of West Jakarta Mayor's office.

"We do park arrangement without using APBD," he expressed, Thursday (1/18).

He told it is the aspiration of the people with coordination with related units.

 

"We do reforestation on some roads that have been repaired by West Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept. last year," he stated.

To conduct it, his side has sent freelancers under West Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept. and used plant seeds taken from Ciganjur Garden. The types of plant seeds are namely Bakung Lele and Hanjuan Merah and Kribo.

"We're asking forestry executing units in eight sub-districts to do arrangement independently as much as possible thus West Jakarta area can be more green and beautiful," he said.
