PRKP Dept. Focuses to Build Rp 0 DP Housing in Penggilingan

Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area (PRKP) Dept. will focus to build Rp 0 DP housing this year in Small Industry Center (PIK) area, Penggilingan, Cakung. According to plan, 8 towers will be built on the location.

In 2018, we will focus in one location. Then in 2019, we will build it massively

Jakarta PRKP Dept. Head, Agustino Dharmawan said, Rp 0 DP housing in PIK will be an evaluation in providing settlement for low-income communities in other locations for 2019.

"In 2018, we will focus in one location. Then in 2019, we will build it massively," he said, Thursday (1/18).

DKI will Form BLUD as Rp 0 DP Housing Management

He mentioned, its tower will be not as high as Klapa Village tower which is planned to be built for 20 floors by PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya on Jl. Haji Naman, Pondok Kelapa.

His side plans to build five floors for each towers with total capacity 400 units.

"This tower construction might be faster to complete. At least it could be d one under a year," he stated.
