Jakarta Secretary's Assistant for Environment and Development, Gamal Sinurat said, change in design is needed to adjust with existing condition that has motorcycle lane.
"Currently, Jakarta Bina Marga has completed final design for Sudirman-Thamrin sidewalk arrangement. It is planned to start construction by the end of January," he stated, Monday (1/22).
