First Pvt. Heri Ardiansyah Dismissed Over Parking Attendant Burning

Acts committed by Ardiansyah could tarnish the military image. In accordance with the law, the perpetrator will be dismissed dishonorably

A First Pvt. Heri Ardiansyah who has committed burning action against a parking attendant at Monas a while ago, was officially dismissed from his post as TNI AD member. The dismissal is conducted by chief of the Military Police, Maj. Gen. K Yudhoyono at the ceremony held in the grounds of Indonesian Military (TNI AD) Center, Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur No. 17, Central Jakarta, Monday (7/7) morning.

"Acts committed by Ardiansyah could tarnish the military image. In accordance with the law, the perpetrator will be dismissed dishonorably," said Maj. Gen. K Yudhoyono.

In addition, Ardiansyah will also be charged under Article 354 of the Criminal Code on severe persecution with a sentence of eight years’ imprisonment. "The perpetrator has become the regular society because he committed a personal crime when serving as a TNI AD member," he explained.
