Malaysia Ambassador Visits City Hall to Strengthen Relationship

Malaysia Ambassador, Dato Seri Zahrain Mohammed Hashim visited City Hall on Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta.

They also offered us to learn about Malaysia transportation system

Dato Seri Zahrain Mohammed Hashim was welcomed by Sandiaga Uno, Jakarta Vice Governor. This visit purpose was to strengthen relationship between both sides. They also had a lunch together at 12.30 PM yesterday.

Sandi said, Dato Seri Zahrain Mohammed Hashim assigns as Malaysia Ambassador to Indonesia for four years.

City-Slovakia Gear Up to Make Cooperation

"He mentioned several matters to have a better relationship between Malaysia and Indonesia," he added, Wednesday (1/24).

He explained, ambassador also conveyed Malaysia potential in economy and business cooperation. Moreover Indonesia and Malaysia have diplomatic relationship since a long time ago.

"They also offered us to learn about Malaysia transportation system. In addition, he also wants to enhance knowledge exchanges," he added.

He conveyed, Malaysia Ambassador is very welcome towards Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept on Malaysia Embassy land, Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

"This is an innovation and Malaysia Embassy wants to apply TOD concept to enhance economy and job opportunities," he stated.
