The complaint of Acting Jakarta Governor Basuki T Purnama on many damaged roads in the capital is responded by East Jakarta Roads Public Works Sub-Department. At this time, several damaged roads in the municipality are starting to be repaired. However, the work is done gradually because rain that still pours until now makes the asphalting process often had to be stopped.
Road Repair Task Force is always mobile for round the clock to monitor damaged roads and repair them
One of the damaged roads repaired is Jalan Lapangan Tembak, Cibubur Urban Village, Ciracas Sub-District, which repaired starting Saturday (7/5). All this time, the road was very jeopardizing the lives of motorists due to potholes which have been existed since a year ago.
“Alhamdulillah (thank God), (the road) finally repaired. It has been damaged since over a year,” disclosed Mulyawan, a vendor in PD Pasar Jaya Cibubur who often passes the road, Monday (7/7).
