Commission C Discussed Public Road Development in Gandaria Park

City DPRD's Commission C, held a working meeting on a public road construction project in Gandaria Park, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

We'll re-measure the land and make sure City Provincial Government's land is not lost and mixed with the developer's obligations

The meeting was attended by City Bina Marga Dept., Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (BPM and PTSP) and Law Bureau.

Commission C Evaluates TMR Budget

"We'll re-measure the land and make sure City Provincial Government's land is not lost and mixed with the developer's obligations," expressed Santoso, Vice Chairman of City DPRD's Commission C, Tuesday (1/30).

According to him, public road on Jalan KH Syafi'i Hadzami, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta previously had 4.7 square meters width. Currently its width already has e8 square meters after the developer met obligations to build social facilities and public facilities.

In its process, the developer built a road on the Gandaria Park as wide as 600 square meters.

City Bina Marga Dept. Head, Yusmada Faizal expressed, to ensure obligations, his dept. along with council will re-measure the land soon.

"The developer's land with 26,967,52 square meters width with additional obligation towards the city in forms of water and road. This what we want to measure," he stated.
