Council Approves Pasar Jaya Development Raperda

City Council reviewed regulation draft (Raperda) about PD. Pasar Jaya Management and Business Development on Monday (2/12).

Meanwhile, PD. Pasar Jaya Director, Arif Nasrudin mentioned, after council factions have been approved this Raperda, it will be submitted to House Affair Ministry (Kemendagri) for further process before it is submitted to governor.

"Its regulation is very detail, from its partnership, management, to staple commodities stabilization. Hopefully this makes us become more flexible in making improvements," he conveyed.

With this legal protection, he continued, his side becomes more prepared in doing innovations. Either to manage traditional and modern market or to construct PD. Pasar Jaya market's infrastructures.
