North Jakarta Bazis Head, Hari Agusti Hiayayat explained, the process of selecting homes that will be renovated on the basis of self-owned criteria, must be free from disputes and the owner is active in the community.
"We'll spend Rp 2 million to realize it. The maximum area to be built is 30 square meters," he expressed.
Currently, his party has recorded 27 out of 31 homes that will be renovated in North Jakarta. From that number, 9 out of them have been demolished and will soon be done development.
"As the first stage, nine homes that are ready here. They are located in Tanjung Priok Sub-district, Penjaringan Sub-district and Pademangan Sub-district," he said.
