Sandi Attends P2K3 Inauguration

Jakarta Vice Governor Sandiaga Uno attends in inauguration of Occupational Safety and Health Coach Committee (P2K3) at Kramat Jati Central Market, East Jakarta, Thursday (3/1).

P2K3 will ensure work safety in traditional market

There is also Memorandum of Understanding signing between Employment BPJS and PD. Pasar Jaya.

According to him, P2K3 job is to ensure safety of people who work in 153 traditional markets.

"P2K3 will ensure work safety in traditional market," he added.

He hopes P2K3 could reduce number of work accident. Considering, traditional markets are mostly prone to fire.

"We want to give protection to all workers," he added.

Meanwhile, PD. Pasar Jaya Director, Arief Nasrudin mentioned, P2K3 is part of his institutions which is responsible to provide market infrastructures, coach traders, and maintain staple commodities price stability.

"P2K3 also becomes a part in traders coaching. We hope this can be useful to traders," he added.
