Need For Traffic Signs on Bintaro Permai Flyover Has Been Fulfilled

Jakarta Bina Marga Dept. ensures traffic signs along Bintaro Permai Flyover, South Jakarta that recently inaugurated today have fulfilled the needs in the field.

Traffic sign in the field is the result of recommendation of Jakarta Transportation Dept. So there is no need for additional signs

"Traffic sign in the field is the result of recommendation of Jakarta Transportation Dept. So there is no need for additional signs," expressed Heru Suwondo, Section Head of Bina Marga Road Dept.'s Overpass and Intersection, Friday (3/16).

His dept. has conducted an evaluation during the trial. The result is traffic flow goes smoothly without any significant obstacles in the field.

March, Bintaro Flyover & Matraman Underpass Completed

He assessed, since 2017, the flyover is to connect Jalan Bintaro Permai with Jalan Veteran. It could be crossed in two directions bordered by a white road mark in the middle of the road.

"It is built up to 381 meters length and 10 meters width. On the right side of the flyover, we made a 1.5-meter width sidewalk for the pedestrian," he said.
