First Wave of Capacity Building Diklat Officially Closed

First wave of Capacity Building Education and Training (Diklat) which is participated by 47 echelon II Jakarta Government apparatuses in Ciawi, Bogor, West Java, Saturday (3/17) is officially closed.

Grand simulation purpose is to create a unity and commitment to build Jakarta together

Jakarta Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) Head, Budihastuti said, this event is held for three days from March 15-17 and it is closed by Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah.

Before closing, she continued, participants who had previously been divided into 4 groups are united into one again on the last day for doing a grand simulation.

"Grand simulation purpose is to create a unity and commitment to build Jakarta together," she stated.

He also informed, second wave for Capacity Building Diklat for others 47 echelon II apparatuses will be given on March 19-21.

"We will give the same material, which is about leadership, teamwork, approaches to community, as well as group simulations and discussions," she conveyed.
