2 New Waterslide Rides at Atlantis Ancol, Play and Fun!

In March 2018, the Atlantis Water Adventure waterpark, Ancol has two new waterslide rides. By so, the total rides currently owned are 4 slides and 8 types of pools.

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk's Corporate Communication Manager, Rika Lestari said the total area of Atlantis Ancol is 7 hectares. In the area, her side continues to innovate by presenting a wide range of pools, such as wave pool, stream pool, children's pool, and swimming pool.

"We continue to innovate giving new ones, one of them is Dragon Race and Sky Box waterslides. Both can be enjoyed starting March 2018," he stated, Friday (3/23).

Dragon Race has four lanes side by side with a waterslide as long as 116.6 meters. Thus, visitors will be able to collide quickly to the end of the slide. Before starting it, they must use a special mat that has been provided.

While for the thrilling sensation can be found at the Sky Box. In this ride, visitors will enter into a glass tube. After the countdown, the tube floor will open and they will be surprised by the sensation of free fall on the slope of 80 degrees from 14 meters high.

The sliding speed of these rides is 56 kilometers/hour or equivalent to 5 seconds in the 78.6-meter long slide. But not everyone can enjoy these two new rides, as there is a requirement that is at least 120 centimeters height.

"For children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents. The body must be in a fit condition, other conditions, should not use jewelry when sliding," he stated.
