Five Illegal Terminals in C. Jakarta will Be Controlled

Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) will control immediately five illegal terminals for inter city inter province (AKAP) bus. Because those buses are potential to hinder the traffic.

Disobedient drivers will be not allowed to operate their vehicles

Central Jakarta Sudinhub Operational Section head, Boval Juliansyah mentioned, illegal terminals in Central Jakarta has violated Perda No. 8/2007 about Public Interest. Central Jakarta Government plans to control all those illegal terminals.

"We will control AKAP buses. Disobedient drivers will not be allowed to operate their vehicles because they are supposed to not taking passengers besides from Pulogebang," he affirmed, Monday (3/26).

Transport Agency Personnel Standby at 5 Illegal Terminal

He explained, his side monitors illegal terminals in Central Jakarta which are located on Jalan Pangkalan Asem, Johar Baru; next to railway on Jalan Sentiong, Johar Baru; Roxy, Gambir; Jalan Pangeran Jayakarta, Sawah Besar; and on Item Riverbank, Serdang Urban Village, Kemayoran.

"Besides placing our personnel to monitor those locations, we also remind transport business owners to obey the rules," he stated.
