Smart City has evolved to be the most important part of city arrangement and management

He said Smart City is a city arrangement-and-management concept that uses information technology to monitor and control various resources in City more effectively and efficiently. Smart City's purpose is to optimize service for public and support sustainable development.

"Smart City has evolved to be the most important part of city arrangement and management. Including in improving public services," he conveyed, Tuesday (4/10).

He explained, Smart City is not only a smart concept, but it also supports city development in social, economy, and environment matters.

"It has correlation between smart people, smart economy, smart industry and also save city," he mentioned.

Regarding to city problems, he continued, Smart City should be able to give solution based on data. Thus Jakarta Provincial Government wants to cooperate with Nusantara Smart City to provide a sustainable city solutions.

"Currently, public highly expects on job opportunities and government policies that can give a solution. Jakarta Provincial Government takes this chance to cooperate with Nusantara Smart City to provide job opportunities," he stated.
