City Council supports Jakarta Provincial Government's plan to build BMW Stadion, North Jakarta, into an international standard stadium.

City Council Deputy Head, Ferrial Sofyan said his side really supports an international standard stadium construction in Jakarta. Because he considers it can improve resident's economy.

He also appreciates Jakarta Government's plan to build BMW Stadium with government and business entities cooperation (KPBU) concept.
"So its construction budget will not using City Budget, but KPBU scheme. We support it for common interests," he added.
