Kupang DPRD Head, Yeskiel Loudoe conveyed, his side wants to know more about Jakarta Smart City, which operates using open data basis.
"Kupang Government wants its residents to know that his side is transparent in doing its working programs. Thus his side conducts work visit to Jakarta Provincial Government to get information about Smart City owned by Jakarta Government which operates using open data basis," he mentioned.
Jakarta Kominfotik Dept.'s Public Information Division Head, Raides Ariyanto explained, Smart City and open data, which are managed by Diskominfotik is fast, accurate, and precise information service, which is given to SKPD/UKPD and residents.
"With open data basis, Jakarta Smart City can give a fast accurate and precise information services to residents and SKPD," he added.
He added, public information service devices applied in Jakarta might be difficult to be implemented in other regionals due to different infrastructure, structure, and community's social status. But it can be used as reference.
"Jakarta Government's public information service can be used as reference for Kupang Council to give it to their SKPD," he conveyed.
