508 Activity Packages Auctioned by ULP

The acceleration of the auction process on thousands of activities in the Unit Procurement Services (ULP) keeps being conducted by Jakarta Provincial Government. Currently, as many as 508 activity packages have been completed and included in the signing of the contract with the winning bidder with a contract worth Rp 982.2 billion.

Of the 508 packages, 408 out of them through public auction process have a contract worth Rp 810.3 billion and 25 others through e-purchasing in the list of e-purchasing and e-catalog have a contract worth Rp 171.8 billion.
632 Program Packages Auctioned by ULP
Jakarta ULP Head, I Dewa Gede Sony Ariyawan disclosed the proposed auction that have been by the regional working unit (SKPD/UKPD) to the ULP has increased, until by July 16, the document of tender warrant (SPL) that absorbed to the ULP has reached 5,523 out of 5,114 packages.
"We still open for SKPD/UKPD to propose SPL documents for their activities," he stated at City Hall, Thursday (7/17).
Thus far, he disclosed, as much as 1,396 out of 5,523 packages have been published in the Electronic Goods and Services Procurement System (LPSE)'s website at www.lpse.jakarta.go.id with total of package budget ceiling amounting to Rp 4.1 trillion.
Meanwhile, 482 other packages have been auctioned and have a contract signing by Rp 810.3 billion. Then the activity package announced by e-catalog with purchase via e-purchasing, there are 52 packages, where 26 of them have entered the stage of signing contracts amounting to 171.8 billion.
"Such amount will keep increasing, as we will try to accelerate the auction procurement, as long as the SPL documents are complete," he expressed.
Jakarta City Secretary, Saefullah stated that his party will continue to monitor and assist the ULP in conducting their duties in the one-roof integrated service.
"If the auction process is conducted early, the budget absorption will keep increasing this year," he told.
