Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. opens consultation service and licensing-non licensing issuance service at Jakarta Fair, Hall C-1 JIExpo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

Jakarta PMPTSP Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi said, 60 service points from urban village, sub-district, regency, city and provincial levels have their turn to give services at the venue every day.

In Jakarta Fair, PMPTSP Dept. also entertains the customers with live music and AJIB opera performed by Melayani Jakarta Team. Besides, this booth also gives souvenirs for its visitors.
"We want to make people trust to PMPTSP Dept. as the public service providers as mandated by UU No. 25/2009 about Public Services by ensuring to provide better services," he explained.
He added, PMPTSP Dept. has committed to serve public through principles of giving solution, empathy, assertive, innovative, and reliable (SETIA Principles).
