Rawa Belong Flower Market Conducts Arrangement to Welcome Asian Games

Approaching 2018 Asian Games, the Rawa Belong Flower Market, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta continues to conduct arrangement.

Arrangement that will be done is about asphalting outside the market thus it doesn't look muddy

Ali Nurdin, Head of Technical Management Unit for Promotion Center and Agriculture Products Certificate said his party keeps coordinating with related SKPDs in term of market arrangement.

"Arrangement that will be done is about asphalting outside the market thus it doesn't look muddy," he stated, Wednesday (5/30).

His side also cooperates with West Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. for hygiene management.

"Every day, around eight tons of garbage from the market traders are transported by our officers of Environment Sub-dept.," he told.

Aside that, socialization, promotion and training related Asian Games for 520 traders in the market are also intensified.

"We're optimistic the tourists who come during Asian Games will also visit here as the most complete and largest flower centers in Southeast Asia," he stated.
