Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, inaugurated 31 III- and IV-echelon officials serving under Jakarta Provincial Government.

Anies disclosed that promotion, rotation, and mutation are common in government or bureaucracy. One of them is with the aim of providing a new atmosphere in the scope of work to provide a better impact on performance improvement.

"31 people who are inaugurated today are supervisors and administrators. It's a refresher, as many are in his post long enough, so we need a new face in a new post," he expressed, at City Hall, Thursday (6/7).

He uttered that the newly appointed officials should immediately work and perform their duties as well as possible, especially about public service.

"This inauguration is an early stage before it will also be done for II-echelon officials," he stated.
