West Jakarta Samsat Office Crowded by Taxpayers

The West Jakarta Samsat Office on Jalan Daan Mogot, Thursday (6/21) is crowded by people who want to propose the motor vehicle tax. They use the policy of abolishing administrative fines for taxpayers due on June 11-20.

Eling Hartono, Head of West Jakarta vehicle ownership tax (PKB) and vehicle-ownership transfer fees (BBNKB) stated his party had prepared in anticipation of the buildup of people who propose the motor vehicle tax on the first day after the Eid holiday.

"We set policies for taxpayers due on June 11-20, which is not subject to an administrative fine. This is true if they pay tax on the first day after the Eid holiday," he expressed.

He told, the realization of PKB revenues in West Jakarta until June 9 reached more than Rp 854 billion or about 45.98 percent of the target set at Rp 1.857 trillion. Meanwhile, the realization of BBNKB revenue until June 9 reached Rp 548 billion or about 45.504 percent of the total target set at Rp 1.204 trillion.

"To achieve target, we're ready to give the best service for taxpayers," he closed.
