PTSP Jakut akan Luncurkan Aplikasi Perizinan Perikanan Tangkap

N. Jakarta PTSP will Launch Fishing Permit App

North Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) is developing an application for fishing permit through joint technical assessment. This application is named e-penlok and planned to launch soon.

It takes 14 working days in general. But using this app, at least it takes 3 working days to make the permit

North Jakarta PTSP Unit Head, Lamhot Tambunan said, this app's purpose is to optimize coordination between institutions in conducting joint technical assessment. Thus administration process in making fishery business license, fishing permit, fishing boat license, and fishing boat registration letter can be shortened.

C. Jakarta PTSP Office Serves 120 Permits

"It takes 14 working days in general. But using this app, at least it takes 3 working days to make the permit," he said, Wednesday (7/4).

He admitted, manually it takes up to 14 working days in making fishing permit because his side needs to go through bureaucracy process by coordinating with KPKP Dept. and Harbormaster and Port Authorities (KSOP) for technical assessment.

Hopefully, e-penlok app can reduce problem in bureaucracy process and residents can directly monitor the licensing progress.

Technically, boat owner who want to access permit service via this app can register and fill administration requirements. After it is completed, it will be assessed by PTSP and KSOP will check the boat existence.

Then after the boat is confirmed on the location, KPKP Dept. will deploy assessment team that will check on the location and report it to PTSP as consideration for permit issuance.

"Applicant can also access this app through mobile phone. Assessment process can be finished quickly if all requirements are fulfilled and boat is available," he mentioned.
