S. Jakarta Intensifies Parking Control Ahead of Asian Games

Illegal parking control is also done as preparation for Asian Games athletes to visit Setu Babakan

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. (Sudinhub) intensifies control towards illegal parking ahead of Asian Games 2018 in the area.

It is done particularly in Jagakarsa Sub-district because Asian Games athletes are scheduled to visit Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Villages (PBB).

Asian Games Socialization in Central & West Jakarta will Be Done This Week

South Jakarta Secretary's Transportation Industry and Energy Sub-section Head, Fadilah Nursehati said, illegal parking control is routinely done. But it will be intensified ahead of Asian Games.

"Illegal parking control is also done as preparation for Asian Games athletes to visit Setu Babakan," she conveyed, Wednesday (7/5).

In today's control, she explained, her side deploys 60 personnel consist of 25 Sudinhub personnel, 30 Satpol PP personnel, and five Jagakarsa Sub-district apparatuses.

"This time, we ticketed the rule-breakers strictly yet politely," she mentioned.

He explained, 13 vehicles were ticketed which is dominated by public vehicles that stopped illegally, especially near Tanjung Barat Station," she added.
