Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno wants building owners to facilitate street vendors (PKL). Thus PKLs can sell their commodities in office building area and not breaking the rules anymore.
He said, PKL arrangement is important to make Jakarta become more neat. Moreover, Asian Games XVIII soon will be held in Jakarta.

Actually they are selling near the offices because there are demand and market," he mentioned after attending Limited Asian Games 2018 Ticketing Preparation Meeting at Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture of Indonesia office, Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Thursday (7/12).
He stated, building owner has an obligation to provide 20 percent of its land for empowerment of micro, small, and medium business (UMKM).
"We want them to concern about UMKM," he affirmed.
