Next Month, Bapemperda Targets to Review Three Raperda

City Council's Regulation Forming Agency (Bapemperda) targeted to review three regulation drafts (raperda) this early August.

Next week it will be prepared it in Bamus then we will review it in early August

Those three raperda are related to RPTRA, Vehicle-Ownership Transfer Fee (BBNKB), and Protection For People With Disability.

Council Reviews Raperda Amendment Regarding PJU Tax Rate

"According to us, those three raperda are more prepared now. Next week it will be prepared in Bamus then we will review it in early August," stated Merry Hotma, City Council Bapemperda Deputy Head, Wednesday (7/18).

She conveyed, those raperda are initiated by executive and three SKPDs since it is considered more prepared to be reviewed. Currently her side needs to make classification on SKPD preparation for reviewing raperda.

"This far, we have categorized eight raperda that are ready for review. Five remaining raperda are still waiting to be processed in Legal Bureau," she informed.
