Asian Games, W. Jakarta Deploys 350 Satpol PP Personnel

West Jakarta Administration will deploy 350 Satpol PP personnel to assist securing Asian Games event.

We will place them on pedestrian bridges (JPO), under flyovers, and intersections

West Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Tamo Sijabat said, hundreds of Satpol PP personnel will be placed in several locations where Asian Games contingents will pass.

"We deploy 350 personnel in total. They will help to secure the venue, including road where the contingent pass, from August 1 until Asian Games event is over," he informed, Thursday (7/19).

He explained, 150 personnel will be placed near Rawamangun Velodrome and road access near Wisma Atlet, Kemayoran. While 200 personnel will guard three locations where contingents plan to visit, which are Kota Tua, Kalijodo RPTRA, Taman Anggrek Mall.

"We will place them on pedestrian bridges (JPO), under flyovers, and intersections. They will secure the places from 7 AM to 11 PM," he stated.
