2,696 Vehicles Undergo Emission Test in C. Jakarta

Central Jakarta Environment Sub-dept., successfully conducted emission test on 2,696 vehicles during three days of free emission test. The number has exceeded the target.

"During three days, we have served 2,696 vehicles. It has exceeded the target set at 2,000 vehicles," expressed Marsigit, Head of Central Jakarta Environment Sub-dept., Thursday (7/19).

The test location is held in Monas area, on Jalan Asia Afrika, Senayan and Jalan Benyamin Sueb, Kemayoran.

2,443 Vehicles Undergo Free Emission Test in North Jakarta

"2,354 vehicles have passed the test. While the rest 342 vehicles are failed and recommended to do repair," he stated.

He added it is done as one way to continue to improve air quality in Jakarta, especially Central Jakarta.
