Seribu Islands Achieves Children-Friendly City Award

Seribu Islands Administration achieves Children-Friendly City (KLA) award in Primary Level.

Hopefully Seribu Islands can be a benchmark and pioneer for child-friendly island development

In conjunction with National Children's Day, this award is given by Women Empowerment and Children Protection Minister, Yohana Susana Yembise in Surabaya, East Java.

N. Jakarta Determined to Increase Its Predicate on Children-Friendly City

Seribu Islands Regent, Husein Murad conveyed, this achievement is the result of simultaneous, measurable, sustainable and integrated hard work of all KLA committees supported by Seribu Islands Empowerment Children Protection and Population Control Sub-dept. 

"I convey my gratitude for dedication, loyalty, and hard work of all colleagues in KLA who have committed to make Seribu Islands worthy as children-friendly islands. I hope it can be a reference for other islands in Indonesia," he stated, Tuesday (7/24). 

Meanwhile, Seribu Islands PPAPP Sub-dept. Head, Poltak Munte said, KLA achievement in primary level is the result of Jakarta Government hard work in making Seribu Islands as the leading islands in developing children-friendly islands.

"Hopefully Seribu Islands can be a benchmark and pioneer for child-friendly island development not only in Indonesia, even in the world," he expressed.
