Dishub Installs 106 Traffic Signs Related to Odd-Even Expansion

Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) installs 106 traffic signs on odd-even routes.

Until now, we have installed 106 traffic signs. It is related to odd-even policy implementation

Those hundreds traffic signs consist of instructions and warning signs which are installed to help road users to understand odd-even rules and routes.

Vehicle Speed Increases on Odd-Even Implementation Area

"Until now, we have installed 106 traffic signs. It is related to odd-even policy implementation," stated Sigit Widjatmoko, Deputy Head of Jakarta Dishub, Monday (8/6).

From total 106 traffic signs, he mentioned there are 42 directional signs and 64 standard prohibitory signs.

"Our target is to install 110 traffic signs. Four remaining prohibitory signs will be installed today," he informed.

According to him, four remaining traffic signs are planned to be installed in UKI, Cawang, East Jakarta; Jalan Mayjen Soetoyo that leads to Underpass DI Panjaitan; Halim Perdanakusumah Flyover that leads to Jalan MT Haryono.

"While the other one will be installed on Mampang-Kuningan Underpass that leads to Jalan Rasuna Said and Jalan Raya Kalimalang," he explained.
