Information Officers Alerted at TMII Kabaddi Venue

The 2018 Asian Games committee has alerted four information officers at the Kabaddi sports venue, at the Garuda Theater, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta. In addition to providing information related to matches, officers are also ready to provide information on tourist attractions in Jakarta.

Kanthy Maitri (31), one of information officers said that his party provides information to athletes, officials and foreign tourists. Not only questions about TMII, it is also about Jakarta as a whole. They also shared maps of tourist locations in Jakarta and pavilion brochures, as well as rides at TMII.

"We also accompanied them to see TMII using a car. Along the way we gave information about each pavilion and ride," stated Maitri, Sunday (8/19).

The car is operated thrice in a day from 12.30 PM, 1.30 PM and 2.30 PM. Each car can carry 30 passengers. 

"Because this is the first day so there are still few who ask for information or go around TMII. It's likely to start crowded on Monday," he stated.
