Tanah Abang Skybridge Construction Socialized to Jatibaru PKLs

We hope PKLs can cooperate to maintain the safety and support Tanah Abang Skybridge construction process thus it could be done on time

PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya together with Jakarta Small Medium Enterprises Cooperative and Trade (KUKMP) Dept. socializes street vendors (PKL)s who usually trade in Jatibaru, Tanah Abang. This socialization is related to Tanah Abang Skybridge project.

PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya's Development Director, Denan M. Kaligis said, socialization is given to PKLs on Jl. Jatibaru Raya, who are often trading at Zone C and D of Tanah Abang Skybridge construction site. His side wants no trading activities from September 20 to October 15, 2018.

Tanah Abang Skybridge Project Has Touched 25 Percent

"We socialize them because during Tanah Abang Skybridge's Zone C and D construction, the location will be closed temporarily," he mentioned, Thursday (9/20).

He explained, his side will close southern to northern side of Jatibaru area, including Jl. Jatibaru Raya, until October 15. This socialization is given thus Tanah Abang Skybridge construction project can be done on time.

"We hope PKLs can cooperate to maintain the safety and support Tanah Abang Skybridge construction process thus it could be done on time," he affirmed.

West Jakarta KUKMP Sub-dept. Head, Bangun Richard said, his side has socialized PKLs on Jl. Jatibaru.

"We have socialized them that we will close the location temporarily since it is too narrow and there is no other spaces to trade. Thus construction can be ensured to run well and fast," he added.

One of clothing traders on the location, Siti admitted that she and other traders in the area should follow the policy thus later both traders and customers can receive benefits from Skybridge soon.

"We support Skybridge construction thus all people can have its benefits," she expressed.
