Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan conveyed speech regarding City Budget (APBD) 2018 at plenary meeting held in Jakarta DPRD Building, Jl. Kebon Sirih, Gambir, Central Jakarta.

Council Banggar Approves BPRD Budget ProposalsHe said that according to Government Regulation No. 58/2005 about Regulation Financial Management and Home Affairs Minister Regulation (Permendagri) No.13/2006 about Regional Financial Management Procedures as amended in Permendagri No. 21/2011, it is mentioned that APBD Amendment can be conducted when current development is not accordance with APBD general policy's assumption.
"It is including the situation where last year's excess budget should be used in current year. Besides, there is a situation where budget shift needs to be done between organizations, activities, and expenditure type," he stated, Wednesday (9/26).
He explained, executive side has conducted evaluation towards macroeconomic condition and APBD implementation until the third quarter of 2018.
"This evaluation consists of macroeconomic realization, regional income, regional expenditure, and regional financing," he added.
He informed, Jakarta APBD 2018 is adjusted from Rp 77.11 trillion into Rp 83.26 trillion.
"There is an increase of Rp 6.14 trillion or 7.97 percent," he stated.
