Thus far the local apparatus in his area has prepared everything to welcome the event through routine communal work every Saturday and Sunday at Kemayoran Athlete's House to decorate the surrounding area.
"The locals must take part. Through support like this, athletes will be more enthusiastic about the competition," he said.
