Saefullah Leads Meeting on Optimizing 2018 APBD Absorption

City Secretary, Saefullah led a meeting to optimally absorb the 2018 APBD.
This meeting will be more intensified at least twice a week
Based on beritajakarta.id, the meeting was attended by several leaders and representatives of SKPD. They area BPPB, BPPBJ, BPKD, Education Dept., Forestry Dept., Water Resources Dept., as well as Public Housing and Settlement Dept.
He stated that it was held to monitor and evaluate budget absorption in each SKPD that focused on physical development and procurement. In addition, they also discussed the obstacles faced to find a solution.

He explained that it is known that the budget absorption in the Education Dept. is all still on progress, including total rehabilitation towards 100 school buildings amounting to Rp 1.8 trillion to furniture procurement.
"All projects and procurement have been running. We're optimistic that it can be maximized," he explained.
He added that they also discussed on renovation of urban village and sub-district offices. Especially for Jembatan Besi and Jembatan Lima urban village offices are still under land purchasing process.
"Land procurement for both offices are our priority. So it must be realized soon," he told.
Related to the flat project, it has been passed evaluation.
"In 2019, the project would be done using multiyears scheme," he said.
