Diskominfotik-Kemendikbud Agrees to Cooperate with E-Office App

The Communication, Informatic, and Statistic Dept. (Diskominfotik) along with Education and Culture Ministry, conducted a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) copy of E-Office application.

E-Office application provides many conveniences and benefits in the administration of correspondence services

Jakarta Communication, Informatic, and Statistic Dept. Acting Head, Atika Nur Rahmania stated that the application was developed by Information Technology Center and Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud).

"E-Office application provides many conveniences and benefits in the administration of correspondence services," he expressed, Thursday (10/4).

In today's digital era, she explained, there must be a better, faster and more practical management of letter administration. Moreover, Jakarta will be realized as a Smart City.

"We have already handed over the copy of the E-Office application. In practice we won't cheat. Yet, with the existing infrastructure, we will redevelop it as needed in Jakarta," he told.

In the meantime, the Information Technology Center and Ministry of Education and Culture, Gogot Suharyoto expressed that the advantage of the E-Office is to make the correspondence bureaucracy more effective and efficient.

Aside that, the use of the application can increase the level of confidentiality in correspondence.

"How it works, the outgoing mail is then scanned, received and followed up. The process can be very fast, in minutes," he stated.
