Central Jakarta Administration is about to transform embung (artificial lakes) at Jalan Rawasari Barat X, Cempaka Putih Barat X, Cempaka Putih Timurm Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta into a park and a sport facility.

"Based on the evaluation results, the location is not prone to inundation. So the park and sport facility will be made in accordance with proposal of citizens," expressed Bayu Meghantara, Mayor of Central Jakarta, Thursday (10/11).
Embung on Jalan Rawasari Barat will Be RevitalizedPreviously, the place was Kincir Park in which there is also embung. Unfortunately, it was converted into a landfill.
"Sooner or later, we will secure assets with fencing and crops planting," he said.
Because it is now entering the end of the fiscal year, the construction of parks and sports facilities at the new location will be proposed in the 2019 APBD.
"We'll coordinate with related unit. Talk about plant from Forestry Sub-dept., it is ready to be planted," he uttered.
