12 Thousand Students Invited to Watch Asian Para Games Competitions Everyday

Jakarta Education Dept. invites 12,000 students from special schools (SLB), elementary schools (SD), junior high schools(SMP), senior high schools (SMA), and vocational schools (SMK) to watch Asian Para Games 2018 competitions.

Jakarta Education Dept.'s Public Relations and Inter-Institutional Cooperation Section Head, Junaedi mentioned, at first his side only invited 8,000 students from total 300 schools consist of public SLB, SD, SMP, SMA, and SMK schools in Jakarta. Then, his side invites another 4,000 students on Tuesday (10/9). Thus there are 12,000 students go to watch Asian Para Games 2018 in all venues every day.

"On October 6 and 8, we invite 8,000 students to watch Asian Para Games and it is concentrated at GBK Stadium. But from October 9, we add 4,000 students thus it becomes 12 thousand student visitors in all venues until the closing," he stated, Friday (10/12).

He explained, his side invites more 4,000 students as requested by Asian Para Games  (Inapgoc). His side cooperates with Transportation Dept. to provide school transportation.

"We invite thousands of students to support and enliven Asian Para Games event thus it can run successfully," he stated.
