The total renovation of Jakarta Education Dept. building that is located on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Setiabudi, South Jakarta has reached 47.34 percent until October 1, 2018. 

Thus far construction of the building structure has reached the 16th floors

Jakarta Education Dept. Acting Head, Bowo Irianto stated that the office would have 16 floors and 4 floors for vehicle parking area.

"Thus far construction of the building structure has reached the 16th floors that will be used for the maintenance area. Then for the architecture has reached the 6th floor," he expressed, Monday (10/15).

He explained that the contract value for the total renovation is Rp 196,565,000,000. His party is optimistic, it will be completed on time.

"According to the contract, the contractor must finish it on December 20, 1988," he stressed.

His party also involves the regional development watch team (TP4D) to smoothen the renovation.

"We involve them to make it run on the procedures. It is also to fulfill the principle of transparency and accountability," he stated.
