Central Jakarta Administration will spend Rp 13 billion to renovate the Kemayoran Sub-district office, Kramat Urban Village office and official residences owned by Petamburan Urban Village Head and Serdang Urban Village Head.

It will be built without fence like a typical Betawi building to create a closer atmosphere with the community

"On progress, we will start this renovation in July and is hoped can finish on time," said Kamal, Section Head of Central Jakarta Secretariat for Governance, Thursday (5/3).

Budget for huge renovation on Kemayoran Sub-district office is Rp 4,136,293,469. Then for Kramat Urban Village office is Rp 7,718,373,725. While budget to renovate official residence of Petamburan Urban Village Head and Serdang Urban Village Head is Rp 648,519,859.

"It will be built without fence like a typical Betawi building to create a closer atmosphere with the community thus people who take a visit can feel comfortable," he stated.
