"Its total nominal is much decreased than last year's APBD (City Budget) because there are some things that can't be done. This year is around Rp 3.7 trillion," said Iman Satria, Chairman of City Council Commission D, Tuesday (10/16).
Commission E Approves Proposal of PPAPP Dept.He explained, Jakarta SDA Dept. got budget allocation Rp 4.3 trillion in APBD 2018. From that amount, it is only absorbed around 25 percent by the end of September.
"We are still checking it further and waiting for their clear explanation," he stated.
Meanwhile, Jakarta SDA Dept. Head, Teguh Hendrawan explained, his side will use Rp 251 billion from total budget Rp 3.7 trillion proposed in KUA-PPAS 2019 for land procurement related to raw water, clean water, and wastewater.
"There is around Rp 850 billion accommodated for land procurement in 2019. Land procurement is definitely accommodated each years to anticipate rainy season," he mentioned.
