ERP Budget Proposal Gets Approval From Commission B

Budget proposed by Jakarta Transportation Dept. (Dishub) regarding electronic road pricing (ERP) program in KUA-PPAS 2019 gets approval from Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission B at KUA-PPAS discussion meeting, Thursday (10/18).

We hope ERP could be realized on schedule and provide significant progress thus we can support it

Jakarta DPRD Commission B Secretary, Muallif said, Dishub proposes total 26 particular activities related to ERP system management in RKPD 2019 with total budget Rp 40.7 billion.

"We hope ERP could be realized on schedule and provide significant progress thus we can support it," he expressed after meeting.

DTKJ Encourages City to Realize ERP

He informed, those 26 activities are now entering auction process appointed by executives. Besides, experts from Universitas Indonesia and Universitas Gadjah Mada also conduct some researches and socialization in both print and electronic media.

He added, socialization through media will be intensified more thus when ERP system is applied, all society are ready and understand to use it.

"In the future, ERP will not only be applied in main roads, but also in Jakarta entrance gates. It is done to suppress traffic density in Jakarta," he affirmed.
