Jakarta DPRD encourages Jakarta Provincial Government to revise Regional Regulation (Perda) that relates to Regional Equity Participation (PMD) for Jakarta Regional-owned Enterprises (BUMD).

According to Jakarta DPRD Commission C Secretary, Arifin Sianipar, Perda needs revision to avoid unwanted findings from Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) in the future.
"Since some BUMDs submit proposals, we encourage them to revise Perda because we don't want them to violate the regulation," he conveyed, Wednesday (10/31).
Currently his side is still trying to schedule for reviewing Perda in Jakarta DPRD Consultative Board (Bamus).
"We have told them about this revision. We will review it in Bamus later," he explained.
