City Restructured Transportation BUMD Officials

Jakarta Provincial Government restructured numbers of officials in two BUMDs, PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) and PT. MRT Jakarta.

Hopefully all of them can be more solid, united, and professional

As the result of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS LB), it is conveyed that Andri Yansyah who served as Commissioner is replaced by Danang Parikesit and Budi Kaliwono who served as Transjakarta President Director is replaced by Agung Wicaksono.

Next, Welfizon Yuza becomes Financial Director and Achmad Izzul Waro becomes Service and Development Director.

PT. MRT Jakarta's position for Operation and Maintenance Director who formerly held by Agung Wicaksono will be replaced with Muhammad Effendi. 

Next, Muchtasor is appointed as Commissioner and Ghamal Peris as Development and Business Director.

Jakarta BUMD Coaching Agency Head, Yurianto conveyed his gratitude to Budi Kaliwono for his dedication and work while working as PT. Transjakarta President Director since 2016.

"I think he is successful in laying the foundation for public transportation in Jakarta. Besides, Mr. Budi is also managed to convince 11 operators to join Jak Lingko integrated transportation program," he said when job handover (Sertijab) ceremony has ended at City Hall, Monday (10/29).

He hopes, new board of directors and commissioners in PT. Transjakarta and PT. MRT Jakarta can lead these two transportation BUMDs to be better. Especially in carrying out assignments given by Jakarta Government regarding Jakarta Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD).

"Hopefully all of them can be more solid, united, and professional. Thus they can perform better and contribute more for economy in Jakarta," he mentioned.

Meanwhile, PT. Transjakarta President Director, Agung Wicaksana commits to give better service to public transportation users.

His main focus is to create a good integration system in PT. Transjakarta's internal, integration with operators, and integration between transportation modes based on roads and rails, both MRT and LRT.

"I have signed in performance contract for this year that our target is to have 800,000 passengers per day," he affirmed.
