Water Channel in Kramat Jati Cleaned

Along 40-meter water channel on Jalan Dato Tonggara IV, Kramat Jati Urban Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta is dredged on Thursday (11/1).

"We continue to check any water channel filled with mud sedimentation ahead of rainy season. We clean it thus it can be functioned optimally and prevent inundation," stated Kramat Jati Sub-district Head, Eka Darmawan.

Channel of Jalan Datuk Tonggara III Cleaned

Previously, water channel on Jalan Dato Tonggara IV has been complained and reported by locals via CRM application. Then his side deploys 35 personnel from Kramat Jati Water Unit to clean it up.

"We have cleaned this channel with length about 40 meters and width 80 centimeters. While mud sedimentation is about 40 centimeters high," he said.
